I highly recommend Symetrix Pilates. I started to go to the training sessions because of my back pain. After a couple of weeks, the combination of stretching and workouts showed results, I started to feel significantly less pain. The trainers Osvaldo and Filipa were very helpful and always finding the right combination of stretching and workout so that the classes were challenging and interesting enough to keep my motivation not to give up on going after my pains were gone. The studio is also very comforting, you don't feel like being in a gym, a limited number of people in the groups is still allowing for individual attention from the trainers. “It really makes a difference. It is much better to do exercise there because you feel more focused and you also feel the difference than training from home. The coaches pay a lot of attention to what you do and how you do it, which really helps you develop yourself even better. The various machines also help you quite much, help you avoid mistakes that you would make without it.
