Reformers
Pilates apparatus are designed for individualised training, set by an instructor who takes into account the specific needs of the client's body. All the apparatus (Cadillac, Ladder Barrel and Small Barrel, Spine Corrector, Wunda Chair, High Chair and Arm Chairs) are used to challenge and work on the specific weaknesses and imbalances of the body.
