SGA – STRETCHING GLOBAL ACTIVE
Aimed at sports and derives from Global Postural Reeducation (GPR). It aims to raise awareness and prevent postural alterations.
It is a method of eccentric sequenced stretching to decompress the joints and improve the flexibility of the various muscle groups.

BODY BALANCE
Includes movements from Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates aimed at increasing flexibility and static strength, which leads the individual to develop a sense of well-being and mental calm. Students are taught to control their breathing and focus on the body through specific movements and structured stretches to the sound of music, creating a holistic workout that puts the body in a state of harmony and balance.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Functional training is defined by the dynamic movement of exercises, improving the ability of an individual to perform daily activities or to achieve a certain goal.
