— Our Classes

Pilates classes in our studio are designed to be held individually or in small groups (maximum of 6 students per teacher), with access to all the equipment designed by the German master Joseph Pilates as well as other accessories for different therapeutic and fitness approaches.

We want you to find an empathy between your body and the environment that surrounds you, in order to acquire an emotional balance that endless and thoughtless repetitions of movements cannot provide.

Private Lessons

(DURATION 1H)

A private session may include the use of various apparatus: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels and Solo (Mat). The classes are adapted to the needs, limitations and objectives of each individual in order to provide safety and effectiveness in achieving the defined objectives.

Group lessons

(DURATION OF 45MIN)

Designed to maintain monitoring and correction during group classes, we create groups with a maximum of 6 clients per teacher.

During the same class, all the participants can be training different programmes because the teacher prescribes the exercises according to the limitations and objectives of each individual.

BASIC PILATES
BASIC PILATES
Aimed at those who are beginning the practice of Pilates. The initial goal is to develop flexibility and body awareness.
At this stage the exercises are simple, based on relaxation, concentration, breathing and control.
INTERMEDIATE PILATES
INTERMEDIATE PILATES
For those who already have a greater body awareness and knowledge of the basic Pilates exercises (system, breathing and transitions).
Exercises that were basic become more challenging, precise and fluid.
ADVANCED PILATES
ADVANCED PILATES
This level is for those who are already more evolved, with better body awareness and muscular strength, as the movements demand more from the practitioner. Good flexibility, great balance and muscular strength are necessary to sustain the body as well as concentration. Ideal for those who want to demand more of the body and greater challenges.
AERO PILATES
AERO PILATES
Aero-Pilates is a safe and effective technique that shapes the body and strengthens the abdominal muscles. In this class, the exercises are performed with the help of the columpium.
The equipment is made up of two hand and foot straps, two ropes and a large swing made of light and resistant fabric. Its practice is an extension of traditional Pilates, following its principles.

CLINICAL PILATES
Clinical Pilates is a method of therapeutic exercise aimed at the prevention, injury recovery and posture improvement, among others.
In this class the movements created by Joseph Pilates are adapted to people's characteristics making them accessible to anyone, regardless of their history of pain and diagnosed clinical problems.
MAT PILATES
MAT PILATES
MAT Pilates, or Solo Pilates, is a set of exercises that involve free exercises, with or without accessories, integrating mind and body, and requiring redoubled strength and concentration.
The variations of MAT Pilates include not only different movements, but may include accessories to make the exercise easier or more challenging.
