After the initial assessment, the first Pilates class will be private.

The assessment allows the teacher to get to know the client and prepare a client anamnesis report. In this postural and health assessment, possible postural deviations, muscular imbalances or pain reported by the client will be detected and, based on this information, will be set up a specific training programme for the client with pre-defined objectives.

Pilates appratus allow movements to be performed with spring, gear, belt and/or rope resistance.
