Therapeutic Training

Prevent, Recuperate and Optimise

It is a tailor-made training programme, designed to meet the needs of each individual and to improve their physical performance, sense of well-being and health. In order to prevent and minimise the risk factors associated with health, therapeutic training is based on the three maxims: Prevent, Recover and Optimise.

Therapeutic exercises are also widely used in post-surgery rehabilitation.

In the case of pain, strengthening the musculoskeletal structures associated with the injury will make the patient feel better able to carry out daily tasks.

Muscle strengthening -- Restoration of movement -- Pain relief -- Reduced risk of new injury -- Improved conditioning.

In short, the benefits of therapeutic training contribute to the improvement in the quality of life of the patient, who has at his disposal an alternative, non-invasive and preventive treatment for the injury.
